  • All rental prices include basic amenities such as tables, chairs, parking access, WiFi if available, and setup assistance. Kitchen facilities, restrooms, and climate control are also included where applicable. 

  • Yes. To ensure the safety of all guests and facilities, renters must provide all applicable insurance documents before their event.

    The Region of Peel Agricultural Society proudly partners with DUUO to offer renters 20% off event insurance coverage. Visit http://www.duuo.ca/event-insurance for a quote today! 

  • Booking your event at least 30 days in advance increases the chances  your preferred date and facility are available.

  • Yes. You are welcome to use a caterer of your choice. All caterers must be properly licensed and comply with public health regulations. Additional requirements may apply depending on the facility and event type.

  • We understand that plans can change. Deposits are non-refundable, and additional fees may apply depending on the timing of your cancellation. Full details are provided in your rental agreement.

  • Yes. Alcohol is permitted at licensed events. Renters are responsible for obtaining a Special Occasion Permit, providing proof of liability insurance, and ensuring all alcohol service follows provincial regulations.

  • Décor and event styling are encouraged to make your event your own. However, we do not permit tape, nails, staples, or adhesives on walls, doors, or fixtures. Renters are responsible for removing all décor at the end of their event.

  • Yes. The Fairgrounds provide extensive on-site parking with space for up to 3,000 vehicles, making it ideal for large events, festivals, and high-attendance functions.

  • Yes. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm and hold your rental date. The remaining balance is due prior to the event as outlined in your rental agreement.

  • Yes. We provide tables and chairs as part of your rental. Quantities and setup details will be confirmed during the booking process.
